Even under the best of circumstances, parenting can be tough. All the Exchange Center programs share a single goal—to help parents meet the challenges of parenting. If you know a parent in need of guidance or a child at risk of abuse, contact us.
The eligibility requirements for each of our prevention programs are as follows:
- Welcome Baby - Dane County first time parents.
- Early Childhood Initiative - Expectant mothers, parents and caregivers with children up to 12 months of age who live in the Allied Drive area, Russett Road neighborhood, Leopold Way area or the city of Sun Prairie. Children must live with current parent or caregiver.
- Parents and Children Together - Dane County families headed by parents with cognitive disabilities. Families must have a child five or under living in the home.
